"I had an appointment yesterday at The ZM Car Repairs to have to brake pads replaced on my car. I received a very surprising call from the manager, Mazhar, stating there was approximately 50% of the pads remaining. He advised the brake pads did not need to be replaced at this time, but I should have them checked again in 6,000 - 8,000 miles. Well, I was so shocked and so glad that someone would be so honest with me. The other experiences I have had with automobile repair facilities has always left me wondering did I really need that particular service or was I just getting 'ripped off.'
